Ben Roseveare, Activities Director
Ben leads our BSpoke Tours team and has had a career in adventure tour operating for over 20 years. He has worked overseas in Malawi, Pakistan, Australia and New Zealand. When not driving a desk he has climbed, trekked and biked extensively throughout Europe, South America, Africa, Asia and Oceania. Ben is mad about all sports including road cycling, running and trekking.

Favourite Food: French steak with a large glass of St Emilion.
Marton Kovaks, Activities Expert
Marton is originally from Hungary, very nearly played 'premier league' football and is a sports/wildlife/history enthusiast who loves to travel. He is generally interested in languages and photography. He has travelled to many countries throughout Europe and the rest of the world.

George Abraham, Activities Expert
George is a keen traveller. He spent 5 years living and working in South Vietnam, running and developing a successful eco-lodge. He has travelled extensively throughout Europe, South East Asia, India & Sri Lanka, Sub-Saharan Africa and The Americas. George is also a fan of Liverpool football club.

Favourite Food: A thin Italian cooked pizza with a cold beer.
Becky Joiner, Activities Expert
Becky has worked in the travel industry for nearly 4 years now, her passion for travel started when she left home at 18 and lived in Australia for 2 years, her passion for the Polar regions took off after taking an expedition cruise around Svalbard. What she loves most about the polar regions is the beautiful scenery, the amazing wildlife and how peaceful these areas of the world are. Her hobbies include yoga and knitting!

Favourite Food: All food, everything, apart from avocados.
Philippa James, Destination Manager, France
Phil James is one half of the Destination Manager team in the Loire Valley this year. She’s an ex IT teacher, now enjoying a completely different second career. Phil has taken up weekend cycling around the country roads of Wiltshire especially if there’s a coffee and cake stop along the way. She also managed to complete the Ride London cycle event last year. Interests include keeping fit, skiing, gardening, furniture reupholstery and quizzy Mondays.

Favourite food: Tartiflette with a cold crisp white wine in an alpine mountain restaurant.
Martin James, Destination Manager, France
Martin is the other half of the Destination Manager team in the Loire Valley this year. He brings logistics and ops management skills to the team, planning how to get guests or their luggage from A to B. A keen cyclist he has completed many charity bike challenges in the UK and enjoys both road and mountain biking. Interests include playing football and golf, rugby, walking, and quoting old Monty Python sketches. He loves listening to up-beat music especially Nick Cave and Tindersticks.

Favourite food: Tapas with a nice full-bodied Rioja.
Lee Hardy, Destination Manager, France
Lee, our man in Provence, is a new addition to the Bspoke Team. An Armed Forces Veteran and an advanced cycle technician by trade, he has worked at a number of the largest retailers and distributors in the UK. Lee is a passionate mountain biker and road cyclist. When not on a bike, Lee enjoys trekking and later this year will be heading to the Himalayas on an expedition with the Royal British Legion.

Harvey Downard, Product & Operations Manager
Harvey started with BSpoke Tours as an overseas representative and has since become our Product & Operations Manager. He is our resident cycling nut and has spent time in the saddle all over the UK, Europe and the USA. His favourite trip to date was a 2 week cycling, sailing and climbing trip in California and the next destination on his wish list is a battle between Austin, Texas and the outback of Australia.

Tom "Buzz" Bussenschutt, Product & Operations Executive
Tom works in our product and operations team sourcing and running the exciting new cycling and hiking tours & destinations. It's his job to make sure everything runs smoothly. Hailing from Australia, he is no stranger to the travel bug. After an extensive journey throughout North America, Asia and Europe he has found himself a new home in our UK office in Battersea, London.

Favourite Food: Nothing beats a hearty chicken parmigiana schnitzel from back home!
Hannah Cave, Senior Marketing Executive
Hannah is a self-confessed travel addict. She grew up in Canada as a child, has caught the travel bug and has since explored through-out Europe and the Americas. She is yet to head east, but will make that happen soon. When she is not travelling, Hannah is an enthusiastic yogi and foodie who loves nothing more than escaping to the countryside.
