As the Caribbean's largest island, Cuba is hard to miss. Having been recently opened up to the west, Cuba is beginning to attract many visitors who all discover charming people, stunning scenery and the choice of walking, cycling and many more activities to take advantage of in this hidden gem.
Cigars, rum, Che Guevara and 50's Cadillacs lining the streets, Cuba is in a world completely unto its own. The capital, Havana, is immersed in a rich history (including the old drinking spots of Ernest Hemingway and Nat King Cole) with rainbow architecture that rivals the likes of Santiago, Chile and Buenos Aires in Argentina.
To the east Varadero has been attracting travellers since 1870 and boasts a spotless beach that is 13 miles long. To the west, there's Vinales town and National Park that boasts plenty of opportunity for easy cycling and walking.
Embark on this fantastic two-week cycling tour of Cuba where you will have the chance to experience wonderful Havana, the local life in various ‘casas particulares’ and all the major highlights such as Trinidad, Bay of Pigs and Vinales.
